Administration Assistant - Full Time
Salary Range £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Design Me A Pump Ltd is a leading Renewable Energy installation company dedicated to providing sustainable heating and electrical solutions that empower communities.
We are seeking an organized and motivated Administration Assistant to support our operations and contribute to our mission of promoting Renewable Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain engineer calendars
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to projects
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database and CRM
- Assist in coordinating events and team meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role; experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Welsh speaker also an advance

- Salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with annual salary review based on performance.
