Hi, just a quick message to apologise for lack of response/ communication to anyone I may have been unable to get back to recently…. Really struggling to keep up with the scale of what’s coming in daily just now. I am aware alot of these will have been weather related emergency’s so again I can only apologise. Would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to you all for your continued support in what we could call another successful but hectic 2022. Few ideas for 2023, with the main objective being able to make things more efficient and manageable particularly in the busier times. 🤞

Hi all. Quick message to say I’m deeply sorry to all who have endured boiler breakdowns, frozen/burst pipes over the last week, not to mention the destruction that goes with it.

I’ve been totally overwhelmed with 100+ calls, messages, voicemails, emails each day this week, unable to even respond to the majority never mind attend jobs has been agonising.

I feel I’ve done much as I possibly can over the last few days, but at the same time I can only apologies to all of you I’ve been unable to respond to and thank you for your understanding.

All the routine work canceled over the last two weeks will be rescheduled as soon as I can get things back together. 🥴

With the low temperatures, we have been swamped with calls 📲

If you have think you have a frozen pipe (no water) you could try to thaw it with a hair dryer.

If your boiler is not working, it could be a frozen condensate pipe outside, you could pour a kettle or two of hot water over it (where it terminates outside).

And PLEASE KEEP YOUR HEATING ON!!!🥶🥶🥶

Full heating conversion completed this week. Inefficient and costly electric storage heaters removed and replaced with new up to date oil fired central heating system. Grant Vortex combi boiler, bunded oil tank, stelrad designer radiators installed in conjunction with hive active heating thermostat giving customer full control from the tap of an app! 📱💁‍♂️

Just to make you all aware I’m still out doing jobs. Unfortunately through out all of this boilers are still going to break down possibly even more so due to more regular use. After a big deep clean 🧼 of the van here are the steps I’ll be taking to prevent the spread of the virus. Masks, gloves, sanitizer and a thorough clean down of work areas on completion. I do urge customers to keep to the recommended distance if I’m carrying out repairs in your property. At the end of the day my main concern is keeping you all warm through this difficult time and providing a safe environment in order to do so. Customer welfare is my number one priority! Thanks 👍
