🏠 Bungalow Re-Roof Completed

Another roof transformation completed. The old roof covering was removed and replaced with brand new double Roman anthracite tiles, giving the property a clean, modern look while providing long-lasting protection from the elements.

All work included installing new breathable membrane and battens before fitting the new tiles to create a strong, weather-tight finish. The anthracite tiles really complement the bungalow and give the property a fresh, modern look.

This old felt roof had come to the end of its life and was starting to cause problems.

We stripped it back, installed brand new osb boards to create a solid, secure base, then finished it with a high-performance HPX fiberglass roofing system for a seamless, long-lasting waterproof finish.

To complete the job, we fitted brand new guttering all round to ensure proper drainage and protect the property moving forward.

On this job, we took the internal walls right back to brick to deal with ongoing damp issues. Once fully exposed, we installed Permaguard damp proof membrane system to create a long lasting barrier and stop moisture coming through the walls
