Hi all sorry we have been quite of late,we have had a holiday and have been ticking off all the little jobs that build up whilst we take on the bigger projects. Here is some of the recent work.....
we have upgraded the doors and put in new windows to this garage and added new fascias. Loft conversion final post to follow......

The loft is coming along at a rate of notts,a very good effort by the whole team this week,the plasterboarding and skimming have started,the stairs are in and the roof tiles are on,onto the 2nd fix this week and clad the dorma with the soffits and facsia to follow

Is it worth having a scaffold tent? The answer to this is yes 100%. If it wasnt for the tent on this latest loft we are on there is no way we would be at the stage in just 1 week,we probably wouldnt of even started due to the wind and rain we have had this week!!!

With the weather not making its mind up we have been on and off the roof this week,🤞next week is 🌞 so we can finally get this extension water tight,we have however manage to get all the timer work done and the fascias and soffits also the internal 2nd fix is underway and a lick of pain,also a few 'squeeze in' jobs have been completed
