By blast-cleaning this house we have brought its natural stone colours back to life followed on by natural lime pointing applied by the building contractors

we’ve removed the old white paint and cleaned grime and residue from the surface

🪚old dead paint removed from the surface of the house
🪚 old dead pointing removed from the joints
🪚then blast-cleaned the face of the stone along with cleaning the joints out ready for deep fresh like pointing
🪚Then the building contractors come in to repoint with lime pointing to let the property breathe

Here is some photos of a job we undertaken over at Gargrave witch had been struggling with damp …

So to help this property :

🔨 builders picked out the old sand & cement
🔨we come in and removed the paint from the surface & cleaned all the joints out by sandblasting it
🔨 then repointed with lime pointing to help it breath and evaporate against moisture 

House left looking brand new & presentable 👍🤝

Once the paint fails it then lets water in witch then can’t get out witch then chooses the easy way out through too the inside of the house 👉
