One of the biggest projects they completed for us was the full plumbing and heating installation at the Hamilton Arms development, consisting of nine apartments and thirteen luxury bathrooms. Every apartment required a complete first and second fix installation, including hot and cold water services, central heating systems, sanitaryware installation, and final commissioning. From the outset, Jack and his team demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, organisation and attention to detail.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. We were kept informed at every stage, any issues were discussed and resolved quickly, and every commitment made was delivered on. On a large-scale development where multiple trades are working to strict programmes, having a contractor you can completely rely on makes all the difference.
Our development was working to extremely tight deadlines, and Jack and his team went above and beyond to help us achieve them.
