We received a call today from a lovely gentleman just outside Lancaster. Someone had fitted an emergency call alarm for him and left the house with no working alarm and no phone. A quick visit, a bit of re wiring and now has internet, a working phone and a working emergency call alarm. There no was charge for this as sometimes its nice to be nice. We would rather help out and know that if an emergency happens he will get the help he needs!
