Two jobs on the go this week the garage conversion job is looking awesome with the roof now complete with the new slate and solar panels installed, all the render scratch coat is on now we wait for the scaffolding to come down and the electrical work to be 1st fix before we can insulate and plaster board, we also managed to replace a storm damaged fence with some solid concrete post and close board panels. Busy week in the sunshine this week trays for the solar panels installed, gable end removed and rebuilt 1st lot of render scratch coat put on to straighten the walls up and the fascia and soffit boards installed and most the slates laid just the top row and the ridge tile to go on after the long weekend.

Here’s the 2nd project we have been on this week for a good friend removed the wall between kitchen and dining room and all the ceilings downstairs all the wiring has been sorted out and fresh new wires for new down lights installed we have now plaster boarded the ceilings and blocked the door ways up ready for the plasterer next week.

Busy week with two jobs on the go at the moment something we try not to do but sometimes it has to happen so the garage roof has been removed and the new truss roof is on felted battened the trays for the solar panels have been installed aswell, all the stud walls are up ready for the electrician to go in and 1st fix and while we are waiting we are going to remove the gable ends and rebuild them then get the fascia boards and slates installed next week.

Another little job ticket off the list stud wall and new door fitted in a basement for a returning customer, now on to a bigger project revamping this old tired garage all the external walls knocked off roof to be removed and replaced placed with a truss roof finished with slate and solo panels, new black fascia and soffit boards to be installed and brand new doors and windows. We are also forming a ramp around the back and the inside of the garage will be boarded and skimmed. Not my favourite job in the world 😅 we where asked recently to board out a loft for a customer who’s roof we did earlier in the year, so we have strengthened the ceiling joists and installed some new insulation before boarding the loft space to create more storage space we have also installed a new loft ladder for easier access.

This past couple of weeks we have been working hard to clear the smaller jobs we have installed a couple of steels and prepared them for skimming, we have installed a new false ceiling ready for spot lights and plasterboard and we also replaced some fence post and reinstalled the fence panels after the stormy weather. Soo I’ve been getting a couple of messages of this individual this evening saying he’s going to leave a load of bad reviews on my page 🤷 I have no idea who they are nor have I done any work for them as many of you know I do every job with care and try to keep all my customers happy. So these messages are hilarious to say the least 🤦‍♂️😂

The weather hasn’t been kind this week but we powered on and got the two roofs completed 💪
All new lead around the chimney and fresh pebble dash and cement top.
Thanks to the lads for battling the weather and helping get it done.
