From a leaking, dated bathroom to a clean, timeless space with a much better layout. 👌

We stripped this bathroom & separate toilet right back, removed the old iron pipework and completely re-plumbed everything to create more space and hide the new pipework for a sleek finish.

✨ Bathroom Transformation Complete! ✨

This project was much more than just a bathroom renovation – it was a complete transformation from the ground up.

We knocked through the dividing wall between the old bathroom and separate WC to create one spacious, luxurious bathroom. During the renovation, we also replaced a crumbling structural lintel above the window and carefully rebuilt the brickwork above it to properly support the roof structure.

Behind the scenes, we disconnected and removed the old rusty iron pipework throughout the house before completely re-plumbing the hot and cold water supplies with a modern system. We stripped out all of the old lath and plaster, installed tile backer boards throughout the shower area, and fitted moisture-resistant plasterboard everywhere else. The old doorway was blocked up, the ceiling was overboarded, and the entire room was freshly plastered to create the perfect blank canvas.

The new layout allowed us to install:

🛁 A luxurious freestanding bath with wall-mounted Chatsworth taps.

🚿 A spacious 1700 × 800 walk-in shower featuring a Chatsworth exposed chrome valve, rainfall shower head, and elegant fluted glass screen.

🪞 A traditional floor-standing vanity unit with a marble worktop, inset basin, and illuminated LED mirror.

🚽 A classic close-coupled toilet.

To finish, we laid stunning black, grey and white terrazzo tiles to both the shower enclosure and the floor, creating a timeless, high-end finish.

Another fantastic kitchen refurbishment completed by MM Property Renovations.
Our client took care of the rip-out themselves, leaving us to bring their vision to life. We altered the plumbing to suit the new layout, carried out patch plastering where needed, and installed these beautiful Howdens sage green kitchen units.
We then expertly cut and fitted a stunning U-shaped oak-effect laminate worktop with an overhang to create a practical breakfast bar—perfect for family meals, entertaining, or your morning coffee. To complete the look, we finished it off with a stylish metro-effect square-edge tiled splashback, tying the whole kitchen together beautifully.
The flooring was expertly installed by Han Aura Flooring, putting the finishing touch on this modern, fresh space.

We removed the old bath and installed a stunning 1700mm x 700mm walk-in shower, creating a much more open, modern and practical space.

The old cramped shower cubicle was completely removed and transformed into a useful storage room, giving the customer plenty of extra space and functionality.

Out with the old dark oak kitchen and in with this fresh modern space 🙌

We completely stripped out the existing kitchen and flooring before installing this beautiful ivory coloured shaker-style kitchen featuring built in appliances and stunning solid stone worktops.

The room was finished with large format floor tiles and a modern tiled splashback to give the space a clean, bright and timeless feel throughout.

Just completed this lovely little shower room transformation 🚿✨

To maximise the space, we enlarged the shower area by cutting a channel into the concrete floor and burying a 4” soil pipe—allowing us to install a much larger shower tray. All pipework has been neatly concealed within the walls for a clean, modern finish, topped off with a sleek ceiling-mounted rainfall shower head.

The walls are finished with large-format white tiles, complemented by a subtle pink floral border for a touch of character. We also installed a modern close-coupled toilet and a stylish vanity unit.

To improve the layout even further, we relocated the heated towel rail to the opposite wall, creating more usable space.
