Pulled this one forward whilst the plumber sorts his dodgy pipes out on my biggest wetroom job - which we will get back too!🫠🙏🏼

2 Fireplace hearths & Front door entrance tiling✨

200x200mm Encaustic Porcelain Tiles ➰

Dark grey grout 🔘

Black tile trim▪️

All areas were hoovered and primed first to eliminate any dust or debris which would create a barrier between the tile and the adhesion if not prepped correctly, especially solid/concrete floors. It’s all in the prep! 🫡

Cement based backer boards were laid with a flexible cement based S1 adhesive designed with elasticity, making it ideal for areas prone to minor movement, vibrations, temperature fluctuations, and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Boards were also screwed down with galvanised fixings every 150-200mm to securely clamp both existing floor and backer boards together for extra strength being the highest trafficked area of the house. 🔨

All tiling was grouted in a dark grey grout and fully cleaned and polished of all excess 🤍🩶🖤

This is a beauty of a bathroom transformation I have been waiting to share !! 😍

600x300mm Enis Ivory Slate Porcelain ✨

Gloss Chrome tile trims ✨

Ultra Tile fix Limestone Grout ✨

Whole bathroom was gutted back to existing walls and floor, and any wall prep was sorted prior to tiling. I primed all walls before tiling which is a crucial part of the job depending on the substrate being tiled onto, and all tiles were then laid in a horizontal, grid effect 🤪

All floorboards were fully secured down before laying cement backer boards on top to create a rigid, stable and waterproof floor for tiling. Highly recommended in wet areas 💦 I laid all backerboards down using S1 adhesive designed for tiling substrates subjected to movement, vibration or temperatures, and then screwed them down with galvanised fixings for extra stability 😮‍💨

I am in love with the finish of this one! The colours, the natural textures of the tiles, the soft warm ambient glow of the mirror, creating a calm boutique atmosphere - The perfect place for some peace and quiet 😴

Stone-effect porcelain tiles featuring a light grey colour palette and subtle natural veining. The textured surface adds depth giving a warming, rustic look, while also maintaining a clean, modern finish✨

Very happy with the outcome of this one after having to battle through inconsistent tile sizes, which made the job extremely difficult and completely beneath my control, but I made some adjustments, and got there in the end!
The last one had to be a challenge didn’t it!!🤯😮‍💨

Hand-cut zellige-style tiles, individually set to showcase their natural variation and shine 🤩 The warm tones, paired with the brass fixtures and cabinetry make the space feel a mixture of traditional as well as having that modern glow✨

Really proud of how seamlessly everything came together on this one!

Floor base fully primed and sealed before tiling, and all tiles laid in a brick effect, staggered pattern 🧱 Customers desire.✨

This was not an easy job due to levelling, bad weather and a few bowed tiles 🥴 But I got it done!🫡
