Yet another fake review 🤨

I have seen loads of locksmiths on here that have been targeted, when you call them up they ask for money to remove their negative review.

Joe Wooden has a Pakistan telephone number, and his phone number is the same as the previous fake review of Jack Miller 😂 they are both on to plums if they think I’m going to give them a single penny.

So the review can stay like a badge of honour 😎

What reviews mean to a small business these days is difficult to convey to customers.
I have just received a Google review from someone who hasn’t even been my customer 😩 tbh it’s the 3rd time I have received a one star review from someone who proclaims they were a customer of mine & I know that all 3 have been left maliciously to effect our Google ratings it’s the most frustrating part of promoting our business online 🤬
So if you use a small business and you think they have done a good job take the time to leave a Google review as these reviews help mitigate malicious reviews & keeps genuine businesses rating higher than substandard companies.

Yesterday was a bit of a rubbish day for Securo Locksmiths as our vans gearbox decided it was was going to have a breakdown & went to pieces 🙈 so unfortunately we won’t be working until middle of next week 😩 however it’s been left in the trusty hands of Waterside Motors to get us back up & running.

Sorry for the inconvenience and I will post when we return to work.
