⭐ PROJECT COMPLETION ⭐
🍻 THE FIVE CORNERS GUEST INN, BALLYCLARE 🍻
We’re proud to announce the successful completion of an extensive refurbishment and redevelopment project at The Five Corners Guest Inn.
This comprehensive project has completely transformed key areas of the venue, including a full refurbishment of the existing bar, a brand-new reception area, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, upgraded toilet facilities and a brand-new b**r garden.
The project also incorporated new plumbing and electrical installations throughout, ensuring the venue is equipped with modern, high-quality infrastructure for the years ahead.
As Main Contractor, CM Fitout was responsible for the overall project management and coordination of all trades and subcontractors, carefully managing the programme from start to finish.
Working to an exceptionally tight 12-week programme, our team successfully coordinated the various stages of the works while maintaining the high standards expected throughout every aspect of the project.
The result is a fresh, modern and completely revitalised venue, and we’re extremely proud of what has been achieved.

And we’re not finished yet…
Phase 2 is already on the horizon, with plans to refurbish all bedrooms, introduce new balconies overlooking the beautiful countryside beyond Ballyclare, and create a larger, improved car parking area.
We look forward to continuing our work with The Five Corners Guest Inn and bringing the next stage of this exciting development to life.
