We are delighted to share that we have received full planning permission for a new development of 17 apartments at our North Street site in Carrickfergus.

We will be acting as both developer and main contractor on this project, continuing our commitment to delivering high-quality residential schemes across the area.

Works are scheduled to commence in the coming months, and we look forward to bringing this development to life.

Showcasing Progress on Our Shankill Housing Development ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ—๏ธ

This week, we had the pleasure of hosting local councillors and our valued partners, Jim & Ark Housing for a site visit to review the ongoing construction of the first phase of 27 new homesin the Shankill area of Belfast.

It was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the strong collaboration between our team, the council, and our housing partners, as well as the tangible progress being made on this important community-focused project.

We remain committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable housing that meets the needs of the local community and look forward to sharing further updates as the development progresses.
