We were called to replace the pipework on a biomass boiler due to its failure and the building’s left with no heating for over a year.
The job commenced with a degree of uncertainty but was met with a warm welcome and gratitude for our assistance.
Within a week, we removed the existing pipework, dismantled the walls and adapted the trench to accommodate the new pipework. We installed new pipework that we had not previously installed before. Then we repaired the walls and floors. A new door was also made and installed.
We then tested the system, leaving the buildings cosy and warm. YWAM Seamill

Another job completed. 24 x 32mm stainless dowels drilled into the rock, double layer reinforcement Steel. 3.5 m³ of concrete hand batched and lowered down, working around the tides. Along side vector, drilling and meshing over the gabion basket.

246 buckets of concrete hand mixed, lowered down and placed in shutters. In 36° heatwave 🥵. Well done to the lads who cracked on and got it done.

This last month we’ve been on emergency works installing a heavy duty Geobrugg catch fence in Looe for Cormac with vector rope access. Supplying machines, materials and making the shuttering.
