Recently we completed this 135ft x 100ft cattle building.
Thanks to Matt Halliday Welding & Fabrication for supplying the steelwork and his excellent quality of work.
Thanks to Mark Andrew Ltd for the ground work and a lot of concrete preparation.
The resin was completed by Cowhouse Coatings.
All electrical work was completed by I J Hodges.

All other aspects of this build were completed in house including er****on of the framework, all concrete work, all barriers and gates hung and all doors cladded.
We are proud to have completed this job for the Duchy of Cornwall and we hope that Laram Holsteins are pleased with their latest building!

Even though we have been quiet on our facebook, out on site has been a different story. So much so we forgot about social media! 👷

Before the year comes to a close here is a handful of jobs completed over the past 6 months and some that are in progress now:

🚧Bridge🚧

A different project for us completed Autumn 2024. We were asked if we could manufacture a bridge for a local land owner. This was designed fabricated and installed in-house with a local crane operator helping us to install it. The team in the workshop and on site really enjoyed this job!

It’s been a very busy couple of months on site!

Here’s a few the team have completed:

105ft x 60ft covered slurry pit and extra cubicles along side a 70ft x 40ft covered yard

60ft x 40ft dung store building and 120ft x 40ft concrete yard completed with surround panels and barriers to make stock handling a lot easier.

80ft x 50ft multi purpose storage building

125ft x 40ft silage pit wall with full length post all ready to be covered in the future

A 1300m2 concrete yard all completed under CSF grant scheme

60ft x 20ft multi purpose storage building comleted with wooden lap boarding and an internal gable end

Here are a few of our recently completed jobs:

•160ft x 70ft silage clamp completed all SSFAO and EA approved.

•105ft x 40ft multi purpose storage building completed with wooden lap boarding around all sides and with interior gable.

•60ft x 50ft multi purpose storage building completed with box profile tin sheets.

•130ft x 20ft silage pit extension with incorporated drain.
