⭐️Update !!!⭐️

It’s Been quite a few months !

The social media has been quiet for a few months now due to being off work with a broken wrist , with complications preventing me from working . Im currently still mending but I am now getting back into the swing of things. First job back was working on this lovely cottage .

⭐️ I just want to say a massive thankyou to all my customers for being so patient and all waiting for me to get back to work I can’t begin to explain how grateful I really am .

⭐️What we’ve done on this job …

•Battening off and insulating inbetween ceiling joist in living room and dining room ready for plasterboard .

•Plasterboarding in-between joists to be able to keep the aesthetic of the cottage

•Plastering of ceiling to create a smooth finish ready for some paint !!

• Create a new window cill in the living room window

⭐️Here’s the most recent jobs, completed last week before the Christmas break 😁

• Replacement of old floorboards with nice new tounge and groove 22mm chipboard flooring making it much safer .

•Prepping and plastering of ceiling and internal walls .

• Taking out old window cill board and renewing , which we had to dowel and glue to create the desired depth and over hang , also resealing around window .

Update ! ⭐️
we have been quiet on here recently but here’s a little update after a busy few months 😁

First of all Here’s a nice brick step we finished this weekend . The steps that were previously there were very narrow with small treads .. which needed updating to make them safer .

Inside the property we have done :

• Bespoke mdf shelving and cupboard space in utility room
• acoustic panelling in the living room , also areas in the kitchen and toilet 🚾
•Boxing in of pipes and lining of under stair cupboard

Outside we have done :

•Patches of rendering
•new guttering and brackets , also a new down pipe and gulley out the back of the property

⭐️ Other projects/jobs we have undertaken or been apart of in the last few months are …

• Erecting of roof trusses , felt and batten then slating on a barn conversion .

• building of Stone work on barn conversion and getting up to wall plate on inside course

• laminate flooring in a dining room

• and property maintenance
