We were called out to investigate this sinking decking. Removal of the boards uncovered the deck being supported by a single central post. New deck installed with extra supporting joists to take the weight of the summer house.

Storm damage from a fallen steeple next door to this property had left their smoking area out of action. The damage from the steeple uncovered rotten joists underneath. We had to remove the old deck, fence and joists. Full restoration and the deck is back in use. Pleasure to work with this customer again.
