He wanted my "Van Shield Gates," which have been tested by Sold Secure Ltd and awarded Diamond certification. 💎🏆

These gates are on the driver's side and rear, just in case he's in tight, confined spaces. He also wanted a bi-folding gate on the passenger side. 🚪🔒

He also requested additional locks on each gate; you can have up to 3 locks per gate. 🔐💪

Securing this MAN van for this customer. 🚚🔒

Even though this owner has hook locks all around, plates, and a heavy-duty Armorgard onsite unit bolted through the van (the fuel tank was even dropped to tighten the bolts), all this protection still wasn't good enough. 🛡️🛠️

He decided to go for my bi-folding security gates, but the customer requested extra hinges and a lock on each gate with two motion sensor alarms. 🔐🚨

This box weighs around 690kg, has 5 heavy-duty hinges, and even if these hinges are cut, the door still won't open. It also has 2 locks. 🏋️‍♂️🔒🚪

This customer's bi-folding security gates had already paid for themselves 5 times over, and these were installed three weeks ago!

Bi-folding gates on the side and rear.

He already had his first attempt! His van was like Aladdin's cave!

Full of power tools and much more! He had over £7000 in tools and would've lost even more in loss of work and insurance premiums for the next 5 years (if they even pay out at all).

The thieves drilled two holes in the passenger side door and gained entry. The alarms triggered and the gates stopped them having his hard earned tools.
For some reason how stupid these people are, they went to other side and drill another hole and not expecting to be security there 🤣

You can see the tools through the gates but you can't touch ! 👌

I had these security gates professionally tested back in 2025 by Sold Secure Ltd.

To check for weaknesses and see if they could be improved, I took their advice.

There are a lot of copycats and others making cheaper knock-off security gates.

These haven't even been tested for weaknesses.

Securing this fleet of 4x4 Mussos for this customer.

This company has been broken into multiple times!

They lost over £12,000 in tools and testing equipment.

This includes the downtime for the employees, replacing the tools, rising insurance premiums for the next 5 years, and the headache of vehicles being off the road and rental vans.

Gaining entry into this vehicle takes a few seconds, and the back is empty in under a minute.

This 4x4 just looks like an easy target from the outside.

As soon as the rear hatch opens, the alarms trigger; only the top half is exposed, and the bottom half still remains locked.

4x4s are very tricky to install as they are mostly made out of fiberglass.

So I have to manufacture an internal structure to support itself, which makes it a lot stronger.

Securing this VW Crafter.

This is probably the most I've seen regarding security for a van.

This customer has two hook locks on each loading bay door and another, even though he already has internal and external plates, a ghost immobilizer, and motion sensor alarms.

Also customer made plate attached to inside of his side to prevent it being opened from the outside

He has gone to extreme lengths to keep his livelihood secure. A few years ago, his Transit was broken into and he lost everything.

He wanted his gates sandblasted and powder-coated Satin Black.

He also requested extra hinges and locks on his bi-folding security gate.

Securing this 4x4 for this customer. 🔒🛡️

There isn't much security on the market for these types of vehicles. 😟🚗

Especially since it takes around 5 seconds to break into one of these. ⏱️🚨

These vehicles have glass windows all the way around, making them very tricky to secure. 🪟🤔

This customer opted for a bulkhead, side protection, and rear security with a motion sensor alarm. 🛠️🚨

These can be easily removed and installed into your next 4x4 by yourself. 🔧💪

To my knowledge, customers haven't had attempted break-ins since the gates were installed. I think it's because you can see through the windows and see the security cages, and then just move onto an easier target. 👀🔒

Secured this Vauxhall Astra Van for this customer.

Haven't done one of these for a few years.

Very difficult to secure as you can't get hook locks for this type of van.

Normally, thieves would just smash the glass windows and be in and out before you know it.

So this customer didn't have a bulkhead in his van. He also asked for side and roof bars and a rear security gate with two motion sensor alarms.

The bulkhead is made out of 40mm box and is welded onto the bottom half of the bulkhead.

The side bars are also welded onto the van and on the bulkhead.

Roof bars are welded onto the van as per the customer's request.

Two motion sensor alarms: one is directly at the rear and one at the two front seats.

The rear gate was difficult to install on vans like this as the spare wheel is where the gate needed to be installed, so I had to cut the metal floor so I could still access the spare wheel.
