A small roof we repaired due to getting a lot of water in through the damaged lead and ripped felt, We striped off the existing back to the trusses put down new felt and battens and retiled using the existing tiles. We removed the damaged lead step flashing and installed new! Re done all the cement work on the verge and replace all the ridges with new and secured these using a dry ridge kit looks the same as before except it’s now fully water tight!

Roofs are taking shape and it’s nice to see it without the scaffold around it now just the back lower roof to complete next week along with getting some windows and doors in then a big site tidy ready for steels and internal work in the new year
