We recently carried out a SolaSkirt retrofit where the existing bird proofing had been poorly installed and was causing more problems than it solved.

The system had been drilled directly into the solar panels, voiding the panel warranty, while the bird proofing itself was incompatible with the installation and wasn't effectively keeping birds out.
