Keeps Architect Keeps Architect was set up in 2014 with unique projects in Surrey and Oxfordshire. It is essential to fully develop a brief.

I am always happy to meet potential clients on site to discuss the project without obligation. Projects range from small traditional or modern extensions to new build properties. I enjoy getting to know clients in order to better understand the project brief. As part of my services I develop the design in order to meet both your requirements as well as the local council’s planning requirements. I

have considerable experience in making planning applications throughout Surrey and London. To assist throughout the technical design and build stages I work closely with other consultants (Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyor, Interior Designer, 3D Model, Landscape Architect) which allow for projects to run smoothly through to completion. I can also recommend contractors which I have worked with for several years.

This chalet bungalow underwent a complete transformation, resulting in an elegant contemporary four-bedroom residence designed for modern family living.

A substantial side and rear extension was constructed to create a spacious new garage, utility room, and an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. At the heart of the home, the bespoke kitchen features a striking vaulted ceiling, flooding the interior with natural light and enhancing the sense of volume and openness.

A significant milestone reached on this exciting project.

Planning has now been submitted for a bespoke 6,600 sq ft, six-bedroom home, designed to respond to its exceptional setting and panoramic views. The design combines traditional forms with contemporary detailing, featuring expansive glazing, double-height spaces, and carefully crafted living areas that maximise natural light and connection to the landscape.

We are excited to continue developing this exceptional family residence.
