And a new low pitched Condron Concrete Works mendip tile as the pitch wouldn’t suit a ‘normal’ tile a lovely pair with the The VELUX® Group windows.

Such a gorgeous south facing garden too, so@now with the solar panelled systems it’s easier operating them all together 🏡

A little TLC, removal of old and in with the new you can create such a difference and also adding some insulation will feel such an change in the warmth in your room!

Making sure the right tile is chose for the upper roof@is really important, the pitch of your roof (slope) really does make a difference to the tile that should be fitted

Sometimes customers worry about how their new roof will effect the next door neighbours old roof, we always ensure where possible taking time to capture pictures of the ‘after’ work so that the neighbours can see what we have done, this is a prime example of of where the new roof chosen was a new concrete tile which is different to the old!

Giving both a aesthetic modern twist but still in keeping with rest of the street - 👌

And both neighbours were confident and happy
