36m2 of beautiful, smoked oak, engineered herringbone flooring fitted 🪚💥

Entrance vestibule removed, existing skirting removed, plasterwork made good, sub floor prepared and 10” heritage style skirting board fitted to really give the ground floor of this stone built, Georgian terrace a new lease of life - whilst in-keeping with the traditional style of the property 🔨👷🏼

Loft conversion completed recently in Pudsey 🏠✅

On this occasion the client was lucky enough to already have in excess of the required head height in the original loft space, even after the installation of the new structural floor, therefore they decided that a dormer was unnecessary - however that takes nothing away from the space we have managed to achieve from their plans 😍💥

Project managed throughout by ourselves - all trades, logistics, waste removal and building control approval taken care of by our well trusted team 👷🏼

Balustrade remodel completed recently in Rodley 🪚💥

The dated, painted turned spindles and newels were replaced with stop chamfer oak newels and glass, using the ‘slotted groove’ method - really bringing this staircase up to date 🔨😎

Bespoke wardrobe completed recently in Pudsey 💥

The client wanted to maximise use of the awkwardly shaped corner of this room where roof meets the eaves, we were more than happy to assist in achieving that; we think the end product speaks for itself 🏠😍

Grey textured melamine internals with spray finished MDF externals - finished in Farrow and Ball ‘Plummett’ - all cut, edged and painted off site 🪚🎨

Monster fitted wardrobes completed recently in Rodley 💥

Coming in at almost 3m in height and 3.6m in width - every inch of space was utilised to maximise storage options for the customer in this grand, old bedroom 🏠🪚

Pull down hanging rails were a necessity on this project - coupled with pull out shoe shelving, giving the customer total ease of access 📏💡

Spray finished in Farrow and ball, ‘De Nimes’ 🎨
