MAJOR RAT INFESTATION DISCOVERED IN ARMLEY, LEEDS

We recently completed a full site survey at a commercial property in Armley, Leeds, following reports of significant rat activity.

As shown in the attached video clip, we discovered hundreds if not thousands of rat droppings, heavy smear marks & extensive gnawing damage to stored items & skirting boards.

A major ingress point was also identified within a storm drain at the rear of the building and reported to Leeds City Council.

We have now implemented a riddance programme along with all identified ingress points reported & sealed to help prevent further access.

WASP SEASON IN FULL SWING!

With the warmer weather in full swing, wasp nests are rapidly increasing in size, along with the number of female worker wasps.

This highly aggressive nest was successfully treated at a domestic property in the Drighlington area of Bradford.

The wasps repeatedly tried to attack our technician through his protective veil, kamikaze diving straight into it throughout the treatment.

WASP NEST TREATED IN ADEL, LEEDS

Yesterday, we treated an active wasp nest at a property in Adel, Leeds. The wasps had cleverly gained access through an overflow pipe before establishing their nest deep inside the large soffit not within the loft space.

The activity was quickly traced, and the nest was professionally treated.

LEEDS CITY CENTRE RAT SURVEY WITH THE TERRIERS

An early morning rat survey at a commercial premises in Leeds City Centre following reports of sightings and clear evidence of rat activity.

Our working Lakeland Terriers, Poppy & her daughter Penny, were brought in to help trace the source. Their noses quickly identified rat movement beneath the flooring, leading towards the adjoining building.

A full rat riddance programme has now been implemented, with our recommendations put forward. Our client will also be contacting the owner of the adjoining property so the issue can be investigated from both sides.

The terriers proving their worth once again!
