A project 7 months in the making — we’re proud to showcase the largest project completed by UpNorth Plumbing to date.
Over the past seven months, our team has been delivering a comprehensive mechanical installation package as part of the refurbishment of the historic Younger Building in Edinburgh.
Working alongside Rouse Electrical, on behalf of KNG, with Muir Group acting as Principal Contractor, our scope of works included:
✔️ Domestic hot water systems
✔️ Electric heating installations
✔️ Underfloor heating systems
✔️ Staff welfare facilities
✔️ Premium tea point facilities
✔️ Fully insulated pipework installed in line with current Building Regulations
Projects of this scale demand careful planning, close collaboration and a commitment to delivering quality from start to finish. We’re incredibly proud of what our team has achieved and grateful to everyone involved in bringing this project to life.
