Renovating a property ready to move in to can be stressful. This 1 took 10 consecutive days. All new floors and walls throughout, wallpaper removed and everything brought up to an acceptable standard. It's definitely been a project

Nice little job for the last 2 days, complete rip out and refit of a conservatory floor. The floor had wet rot right throughout and joists had collapsed. Replaced everything with treated timber with any points of contact wrapped in DPC to prevent moisture transfer. The floor is now looking like new and should last a very long time

Beautiful weather today for a garden job for a lovely couple. I took these panels down for the wall to be Rendered last year, today the panels were ready to reinstall, battens fixed into pillars, panels screwed in then a 2nd batten fitted to the other side and bolted through. There were some hurdles along the way but the end result is what we wanted

A new, bespoke summer house door made from scratch (because a glued and screwed, custom made door will always be better than a shop bought door) filled and painted to match the existing cladding, the customer was impressed at how well the door fitted, I told them "That's what I do" they are really happy. I've been working from home this week while recovering from my hospital visit on Monday, luckily I have a customer that wanted some bespoke drawers fitted in their bedroom. I set up a little workshop in the spare room and have just been working on the drawers whenever I felt up to it.
The beauty of been at home is I've had the time to really put the effort into these bespoke drawers and I can safely say they're going to stand the test of time. Nothing worse than a collapsing drawer, luckily this customer will never have that issue.

Lots and lots of solid 30 minute internal fire doors and 1 external door fitted for an American customer who owns a house here in Leeds.
Leeds city council gave her a list of repairs that needed to take place in the property including all 30 minute rated internal fire doors throughout the house, a new back door and the front door adjusting to operate properly. 5 days later and they have 10 fully fitted fire doors with all fire rated ironmongery aswel as the new back door and a repaired front door. The tenant in the property is overjoyed and the landlord in America is also extremely happy with the result.
