✨ ANNEX BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION – OSSETT ✨

What a transformation this one has been! 👌

We’ve been working on a full annex renovation for a customer in Ossett, starting with this bathroom which had originally been started several years ago but was never completed.

We came in and completely transformed the space, including:

🔨 New stud wall incorporating bespoke recessed shelving
🛁 Bath installed on a raised platform
💡 New suspended gloss ceiling with recessed lighting
🚿 Completely re-piped from scratch
🪨 New SPC flooring
✨ Gold marble-effect wall panelling throughout
🤍 White gloss bathroom furniture
🟡 Brushed brass taps, handles, trims & heated towel rail
📐 Gold detailing throughout to tie the whole room together

And the best bit…

All completed in just 6 working days! 💪🔥

The white, grey and brushed brass combination has completely changed this room and given it a proper luxury finish. The recessed shelving and gold detailing around the raised bath platform really set it off.

This is only Phase 1 of the annex project too — we’ll be back to complete Phase 2 in early September, and we’re looking forward to showing you the finished result.

Another bathroom completed on Wednesday in Guiseley! 🚿✨

This is the 5th bathroom we've completed in the last 12 months for this customer, which says everything about the trust they've placed in our work. Massive thanks for the continued support! 🙌

✅ Full rip out of the existing bathroom
✅ Fully tiled in stunning Carrera Silver Vein marble-effect tiles
✅ Concrete Grey LVT flooring
✅ Full matt black package, including:

Shower

Enclosure

Tap

Mirror

Heated towel rail

All matching black accessories

♻️ All waste removed and disposed of.

The best part? The whole project was completed in just 5 working days from start to finish – getting close to a personal record for a full bathroom refit! 💪

🚿 Another bathroom transformation completed in Roundhay! 🔨✨

Just finished this lovely bathroom for a wonderful lady , and what a difference it's made.

The room used to have a completely different layout, but after redesigning the space, it's now much more practical, modern and easy to use.

This project included:

✅ Complete new pipework with the stop tap relocated
✅ Full reboarding of all walls
✅ 1200 x 700 shower tray with a Scudo sliding shower door
✅ Nuie Royal Blue vanity furniture with chrome hardware
✅ Chrome towel radiator
✅ LED illuminated mirror
✅ Full wall tiling and LVT flooring

It wasn't the biggest room, with around 17m² of wall tiling and just 1.5m² of floor, but it certainly kept us on our toes! Every inch had to be planned carefully to make the most of the available space.

The whole job was completed in just 7 working days, and seeing the customer's reaction made it all worthwhile. She was absolutely thrilled with the finished result and even gave me a thank you card and some chocolates – little gestures like that really do mean a lot. 😊

✨ Ensuite Bathroom Renovation Complete – Otley ✨

The second and final bathroom renovation within this Otley property is now complete, bringing this full-house bathroom transformation project to a close. 🔨🛁

Like the main bathroom, this ensuite was stripped back to the bare structure, allowing us to completely modernise the space while ensuring it met the practical needs of the homeowner.

One of the key requirements for this renovation was accessibility for an elderly resident. Every aspect of the design was carefully considered to create a safer, more user-friendly environment without compromising on style.

The Marmara Ice Matt tiles create a stunning marble-effect finish that adds brightness and luxury to the room, while the warm wood furniture and brushed brass details bring balance and warmth to the overall design.

Replacing the bath with a spacious shower tray has not only improved accessibility but also made the room feel more open and practical for everyday use. The addition of the LED mirror provides both a contemporary feature and improved lighting for daily routines.

We're extremely pleased with how both bathrooms have turned out, delivering two stylish, functional spaces tailored to the needs of the homeowner.

The first of two bathrooms in this Apartment complex in Otley is now complete, and what a transformation it’s been! 🔨➡️🛁

This project was stripped right back to basics, allowing us to completely redesign and rebuild the space from the ground up.

Another stunning bathroom transformation completed in Lightcliffe, Brighouse 🔥

This was one of the biggest jobs we’ve taken on in terms of preparation work, but the end result made it all worthwhile.

Finished with beautiful Scudo furniture and hardware, alongside stunning Luvanto herringbone LVT flooring to bring everything together perfectly.
