A new men’s health spa, right in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

This project has personality in every corner. Working closely with the client and Kudos Interior Design, we took a bold design concept and brought it to life, creating a space where each area has its own identity, while still feeling part of the wider scheme.

And there’s a lot packed in. A bar, lounge areas, extensive spa facilities, a rooftop spa overlooking the city and plenty more in between.

The design is confident and full of character, combining deeper tones with warmer details, layered finishes and carefully considered lighting to create a completely different atmosphere as you move through the space.

There’s a lot to take in with this one, and even more in the details.

We’re delighted to share that we’ve secured a 55,000 sqft project in Leeds.

This large industrial warehouse is set to be transformed into a high quality training facility, creating a modern and practical space for its future users. It’s a fantastic opportunity to breathe new life into an existing building and turn it into somewhere that will make a real difference to the people using it everyday.

We’re especially pleased to be delivering this project for NIC, a valued client that we’ve had the pleasure of working with previously. It’s always rewarding to continue building strong relationships with clients and we’re looking forward to working together again on this exciting transformation.

Building Interiors is delighted to announce the promotion of Jeremy Poole to the position of Managing Director.

Having been an integral part of the business for the past 6 years as Sales Director, Jeremy has played a major role in the continued growth, development and success of Building Interiors.

Throughout his time with the business, Jeremy has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, commitment and a clear understanding of the values and culture that Building Interiors has been built upon. His honest approach, dedication to both clients and colleagues, and ability to continually drive improvement have made him a highly respected part of the team.

As the business continues to evolve, the Directors believe Jeremy has now reached the right level of experience, knowledge and leadership to take on the role of Managing Director and help lead Building Interiors into its next chapter.

Jeremy’s appointment reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to developing people from within, whilst maintaining the culture, values and approach that have helped shape the business over the past 16 years.

After 16 years of growth, development and commitment, Building Interiors is proud to announce an important milestone and the beginning of a new chapter for both the business and its Owner / Founder, Ian Brough.

What started as a small design and refurbishment company built on hard work, determination and strong values has grown into a major fit-out business with a fantastic team of circa 30 people.

Throughout Ian’s journey, the focus has never simply been about revenue or numbers. From day one, Building Interiors has been driven by a commitment to being honest, reliable and totally secure in its own identity, whilst continually improving, creating opportunities for our people and making sure we enjoy the journey along the way.

As part of our continued evolution, our founder Ian Brough will now transition from the role of Managing Director into the position of Chairman, continuing to support the business strategically as we move forward.
This transition is not about changing who we are - it is about strengthening the business and securing its future and longevity.

The values that have built Building Interiors remain exactly the same:

Having been with the business for circa 11 years as Commercial Director, James has been an integral part of the growth, development and success of Building Interiors throughout that journey.

Over the years, James has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, commitment and professionalism, whilst playing a key role in helping shape both the operational and commercial strength of the business. His experience, knowledge and dedication to delivering for both clients and colleagues have earned him huge respect across the company and wider industry.

As Building Interiors continues to evolve, James’ transition into the role of Operations Director reflects both his contribution to date and the confidence the business has in his ability to help lead the company forward operationally in the years ahead.

This promotion also reinforces Building Interiors’ commitment to recognising and developing people from within, whilst continuing to build on the strong culture and values that have supported the business over the past 16 years.

Building Interiors is delighted to announce the promotion of Andy to the position of Projects Director.

Andy’s journey within the industry and at Building Interiors is something we are incredibly proud of. Starting out working within a site team before joining Building Interiors as a Project Manager, progressing to Senior Project Manager, and now stepping into the role of Projects Director, his growth and development have been outstanding to watch.

Anyone who has ever worked with or met Andy will know exactly the type of person he is. Friendly, approachable and always full of energy, Andy has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they meet him. His knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly are second to none. Andy genuinely cares about the people he works with and the projects he delivers, always putting the client first and consistently going above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome.

Over the years, Andy has become a hugely respected and valued part of the Building Interiors team, and this promotion reflects not only his hard work and dedication, but also the trust and confidence the business has in him as we continue to grow.
