Family, food, and a well-earned rest! 🇮🇹🏛️

​The tools are officially down, the work boots are packed away, and I’m taking a much-needed break in Rome with the family.

​After a flat-out couple of months getting all your homes, fences, and hallways sorted, it’s time to recharge the batteries, soak in a bit of history, and enjoy a serious amount of pasta and gelato. 🍕🍦

​Thank you to all my fantastic clients for keeping me so busy—I’ll be back refreshed, fully recharged, and ready to tackle the diary as soon as we're back after the Bank Holiday.

Fresh paint, fresh feel! 🧤🏁
​Spent this week tackling a full hallway repaint.
​High-traffic zones like hallways always need a bit of extra attention on the prep work to make sure the finish holds up to daily life.

Out with the rot, prepped for paint! 🧤🏁
​Making good on this outdoor understairs space today!
​First job was tackling a rotted door frame—ripped it out and fitted a brand-new one. After that, I sanded back the door to get it swinging right, then prepped all the woodwork and walls ready for paint.
​Proper prep work makes all the difference when you want an exterior job to last!

Exterior house painting isn’t something I’d normally take on, but with the scaffolding already up and the sun shining (a little too much at times!), it was the perfect opportunity to get it done.
​Of course, no job is ever simple—I had to tackle a few unexpected repairs to the surface first to make sure everything was solid. But the hard graft paid off, and it’s officially the whitest house on the street now! 🏠✨
