Houston Group Secured on the NEUPC Roofing Services Framework!

We are thrilled to officially announce that Houston Group has been awarded a primary place on the prestigious North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC) Roofing Services Framework Agreement!

Over the next four years (2026–2030), Houston Group will be delivering critical roofing infrastructure works across two core disciplines:

* Lot 1: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – Ensuring long-term structural integrity, asset protection, and sustainable roofing installations for higher education campuses.

* Lot 2: Reactive Maintenance Works – Providing rapid, reliable emergency support and structural repairs to keep vital university facilities operational.

A Strategic Milestone
Securing a dual-lot place on this £32M framework marks a major milestone for our business. Gaining a strong, long-term foothold within the Higher Education procurement sector has been a key target for our Board of Directors.

This award validates our team’s technical expertise, compliance standards, and capability to deliver complex works in live educational environments.

As we kick off this 4-year framework, we are incredibly excited to collaborate with NEUPC member universities and regional procurement partners. We look forward to delivering exceptional service, driving sustainability, and building deep, lasting partnerships that support the future of campus infrastructure.

🏗️ PROJECT WIN & FAST-TRACK MOBILISATION! 🏗️

Huge congratulations to the entire team at Houston Group! We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a major new tender by Leeds City Council to work on a large block of flats.

Winning the contract was just the first step. Thanks to an incredible team effort, we successfully mobilised and completed the full site set-up within just 3 weeks!
