Our mechanical works are progressing well on the Capitol House New River View project in Winchmore Hill for Dandara. First fix works are now complete throughout the 91 apartments, and second fix and final fix works are well underway and on programme for completion this Summer.

Andy has more than 40 years’ experience in the electrical and mechanical industry, working on all aspects of turnkey M&E projects from design and estimating to commissioning and construction. He’s already up and running in his new role and we’re sure he’ll make a real impact on the Vallectric team.
