A bit late in posting this, but it’s been a hectic few weeks here at Grayson Fabrications Ltd.

Just over two months ago, we took delivery of our brand-new Morgan Rushworth press brake, supplied by Bison Machinery Ltd Ltd , and it’s already proving to be a fantastic investment for the business.

The machine has helped us improve efficiency, increase accuracy and consistency, and reduce lead times across a wide range of jobs. As demand continues to grow, having the right equipment in place is making a real difference to how we operate.

That said, a machine is only as good as the people running it. Our operators have picked it up incredibly quickly and have fully embraced the new technology. Their willingness to learn and adapt has played a huge part in the improvements we’ve seen so far, helping us get the very best out of the machine from day one.

A big thank you to the team at Bison Machinery for their support throughout the process. We’re looking forward to continuing to build on the benefits this investment has already brought to the business and, most importantly, to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Guillotine Operator to join our growing family-run business, supplying sheet metal and aluminium products to the roofing and cladding industry.

• Previous experience setting and operating a sheet metal guillotine
• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Confident using measuring equipment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
• Overtime available
• Full-time position
