In my opinion, this is why the industry is doomed. An upfront deposit to me is a major red flag and that's why on Pinnacle Of All Trades it is a point when we are vetting trades.

Grayham has got the biggest heart and shoulders to take on all these worries and problems of so many people like me. I text Grayham early hours this morning, because I just couldn't cope anymore. He answered in seconds, he waited patiently and spoke so gently to me while I tried to speak through my crying. He made me feel like I do matter and he cared about me. He took my nightmare away from me. He phoned my monsters and like magic they were out of my life. He has been checking on me through the day to see how i was. And making sure I'm going to be ok in the future with the help of Dave (thank you David I'm so grateful). How do you repay someone for taking away your fear. When they don't except payment.
