Another homeowner left in devastating circumstances.

How can this be allowed to happen?

Sabrina has been left with a home open to the elements after a property was demolished and repeated applications were made to build a larger property. Today, her home is exposed to the weather, with squirrels, vermin, bees and birds entering and nesting inside.

This is absolutely disgraceful. How can a homeowner be left to endure such devastation without accountability?

This is exactly why I have been saying that accountability is the key to eradicating cowboy builders and protecting homeowners.

At Pinnacle of All Trades, we are determined to do everything in our power to help Sabrina. Over the next few days, we will be releasing another video with the information needed to highlight the problems, identify the defects and work towards putting things right.

Another major step forward for Pinnacle of All Trades!

We are proud, proud to announce that Setstone will be working alongside Pinnacle of All Trades to help protect homeowners and builders alike through an independent escrow account.

This service will allow funds to be drawn down through agreed stage payments, helping ensure that builders fulfil their contractual obligations while homeowners provide the financial security and liquidity needed for the work to progress.

Setstone is a fully regulated and insured company, offering an additional layer of financial protection and reassurance for both parties.

This will be an optional addition to the Pinnacle of All Trades platform, available when homeowners and builders agree to include it as part of their building contract.

Our mission has always been to protect homeowners while supporting good-quality, honest builders. This is another important step towards creating a safer, fairer and more transparent construction industry.

Rogue trader sentenced after £500k fraud.

A South Gloucestershire rogue trader has been sentenced to 5 years in prison after defrauding 23 customers out of around £500,000 through roofing and home maintenance fraud.

The case highlights the council’s work to protect residents, including elderly and vulnerable people, from rogue traders.

Pantomime legend Billy Pearce has an important message for everyone following this page.

I first met Billy five years ago when I received a local hero award. Since then, I’ve done several jobs for him. Having been stung by a cowboy builder himself, he knows exactly why the work we do matters.

What an incredible day in Harrogate!

After leaving the conference and meeting the team at Setstone Pay, the day continued with some fantastic encounters.

I met Steve, who supplies roofing materials and is already on our platform. We’ll be working with him on an upcoming project that we’re currently involved in. I also met Declan, another fantastic member of Pinnacle of All Trades, who introduced himself to me at the conference.

We then headed to a local pub, The Kestrel, where the food was absolutely phenomenal.

But the biggest surprise of the day was bumping into Peter and Veronica, homeowners we helped around 12 months ago. What a small world!

Moments like this remind me that kindness goes a long way. You don’t have to do something extraordinary to make a difference. Sometimes, all it takes is giving a little to get a little back.

It’s not hard to be nice.

What an amazing day in Harrogate!

We had a fantastic time at Harrogate Conference Centre, meeting the team behind Setstone Pay, a company we’ll be working closely with alongside Pinnacle Vaults.

Our goal is to give builders and homeowners greater peace of mind by providing a secure place for their money before and during building projects.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Declan, one of our platform members, who introduced himself to me at a local pub. What an amazing guy!

And then there was Steve, who supplies roofing slates and materials and will be working with us on our next project. He came over, shook my hand and told me how amazing he thinks what we’re doing is. That really means a lot.

Days like this remind me why we started Pinnacle of All Trades. We’re building something special, bringing good people together and working towards a safer construction industry for everyone.
