What a find! 🪲

We came across a House Longhorn Beetle attack in the roof of an 18th Century Grade II listed terraced cottage in W4 Chiswick, London.

This is an incredibly significant discovery, with the PCA informed and advising that this is the first recorded case in the area.

Historic buildings always have stories to tell, but this was definitely an unexpected one! A great reminder of just how important specialist timber inspections are, especially in older and listed properties.
