Mega busy last couple of weeks for us dotted around Leeds. A Prestons german kitchen install, a wren kitchen installation, a composite decking, 70sq/m of floor prep ready for some herringbone LVT and even found time for some first fix stud work inbetween the 30⁰+ heat 🥵 just waiting on a replacement unit from wren 🔨

Another custom project completed for a happy customer up in horsforth.

This understairs storage unit was designed and built from oak veneered MDF, with every panel cut, edged and fitted on site to achieve a seamless built-in finish. De-cluttering the hallway and giving them somewhere to store the kids shoes, jackets and book bags etc.

Also added the finishing touches to the kitchenette in the annexe now worktops have been installed. 🔨

Busy couple weeks for JS Building Contractors Ltd. Bay dropped, steel work in with A.S Building, roof and sky light installed. Complete new ground floor joists insulated and boarded and chimney stack dropped with steel in 🔨 going to be some space this when finished 👌🏻

Another day another staircase, this one in horsforth but this time found time to get the framework built and double oak door set in ready to be boarded as well. Two full newels reinstated and a new half newel with primed spindles and oak base and hand rails, not only safer but a lot better looking also 👌🏻💯🔨

Quick trip to cookridge today to give this wobbly balustrade a bit of a make over. New oak newels and black metal balustrade installed as well as replacing the old mopstick rake rail with a square ungrooved oak with black brackets to match 👌🏻🔨

Back to horsforth for a few days this week to get various bits ticked off.
Roof to the porch so the oak porch can be manufactured to suit, bookcase to make use of an alcove, 7 fire doors and an ensuite door, a couple under stairs doors and linings, various rooms of skirting and architraves as well as a few more door casings and other bits 🔨
