‼️First 7 working days progress‼️Foundation dug out and concreted, foundation blocks below ground level, brickwork up to DPC, block work built up ready for scaffolding. Full roof to do and house to render. Great progress from the team. Lovely couple to work for.

Flat roof completed in just 2 days. Overboarded in moisture resistant osb board then felted in SBS torch on base felt with a gray mineral finish. Well done lads. Another very happy customer.

Next Extention progress in just 2 days. Garden landscaped, foundations excavated, soil removed from site. Passed by Building Control and Concreted. Well done to the team very happy customers.

‼️ New Roof completed with original Welsh slate‼️

Customer got in touch last week as they have sold the house but the roof had come up on the survey as there were several loose Slates with no under Felt. Also the chimney stacks were in terrible condition.

Within a week we got the Scaffolding up for them and remove the original Roof, fitted new breathable felt and laths. Slated with the original slates replacing any broken or damaged ones. New Lead work and chimney stacks pointed.

‼️New Roof Completed‼️
Original Roof removed, chimneys removed, new breathable fell, new concrete tiles, new ridges with dry ridge system, dry Valley system, Dry verges, new facias and guttering. All completed in less than 4 days. Well done to the team another happy customer.

After recently completing the facias soffits and guttering, customer booked us in to change the Roof. The team have completed this in just two days in this blistering heat. Well done Lads.
Full existing roof removed, new breathable felt and laths, new concrete tiles, new ridge tiles fitted with dry ridge system. Fully cleaned up.

Welsh slate roof completed. Old slate’s carefully removed, new breathable felt and roof laths, re slated, new lead around chimney, ridges and gables bedded with new mortar. Well done lads
