Another scruffy installation that required updating to a 18th edition board with RCBO protect and with additional surge protection, customer wanted the consumer unit resiting into the garage straight thru the wall back to back with the mains, luckily the cables were routed originally so no jointing and extending was required except for two cables.

And here’s the AFTER with an 18th edition consumer unit with RCBO Protection, while not required we always install the surge protected version as the price difference without is negligible

Small 1 bedroom house Rewire.

Installed a flush mounted double socket, cable ran in minitrunking from a previous contractors install which was basically the same job. You decide which is better.

Armoured originally put in by others, re-ran low level to reduce visibility and neater

Summerhouse/workshop install from earlier in the year cable ran round in conduit & minitrunking with an armoured supply fed on a time delayed RCD for discrimination if the summerhouse RCBO’s.

Armoured was installed by others, so re-ran the armoured low level so it was neater an less visible.
