Here we have transformed this unused garage into a summer room which can be used all year round.
New electric and water feeds have been installed to create a nice kitchen area along with the installation of aluminium bi-folds to make the room feel bigger. 🙌🏼

WOW 😍😍😍 what a transformation we have created here.
Extension added to the rear to create an open plan living / kitchen area and a porch added to the front to allow for a wc and bigger entrance space.

Everything was stripped out of the existing bungalow and we went back to brick to allow for a full remodel
