A flat roof replacement we just completed ✅🏠

• Strip full existing flat roof

• ⁠Remove parapet wall for a clean flat area

• Fit furrings for the correct waterfall / exit

• ⁠strip out Yorkshire stone for upstanding of GRP to ensure the flat roof is installed correctly

• Install 18mm osb 3 tongue and grooved boards on the full area

• Fit new upvc capping fascia to one full side of the flat roof matching existing fascia

• ⁠Supply and fit like for like gutters in the same area as the fascia

• Drip forma trims to be installed for correct waterfall exit⁠

• ⁠Install Grp premium resin with top rated matting and all trims to finalise

• ⁠Remove all waste and debris
