Nice little sunroom in Bramhope, this was opened up into the existing kitchen diner to create an even larger open area which flows throughout......
Bifolding doors fitted with integrated blinds, so when it is too sunny like this week, you don't have to have any sun in the sun room🤷‍♂️
Herringbone flooring supplied & fitted to create a nice classy finish👌

Here's one in Alwoodley SRH design solutions recommended us for, it's always a pleasure making Simons ideas work!

After removing an outbuilding & adjoining garage wall, we constructed this single storey extension with garden storage to re-join the existing garage.
With the removal of an existing party wall, it has created a wonderful kitchen & open plan dining/sitting area.

We added the kitchen through one of our recommended suppliers at Design House Interiors
before fitting an oak floor throughout the new & existing area.

Large rear extension completed at the end of last year.
This also included an extensive renovation, creating a large utility & Cloak room.
The renovation of the existing double garage created a study / playroom aswell as a large entrance hall.
The whole house is in the process off being rendered & the externals made tidy, when we eventually get a run of decent weather we'll get some images of the final product🙏🤞

Final snags to an extensive extended renovation in North Leeds.
This is the one we found languishing in the 70's, we extended the rear to accommodate 6 meter sliding doors before opening the existing kitchen & dining room to create one large area.
A second extension allowed us to create a larger bedroom & accommodate an en suite.
Items including Kitchen, Utility, flooring, Bathroom, Tiles & Doors are all through our trade discounts.
