On Thursday evening, Nicky, Paul, and Athis were proud to attend the Construction Excellence Awards and celebrate the incredible achievements taking place across the industry.

While we didn't take home an award this time around, being shortlisted for both SME of the Year and Residential Project of the Year for our Back Lane, Thirsk project with was a fantastic achievement in itself.

It was a great evening spent networking with industry peers, recognising excellence across the sector, and reflecting on the hard work and dedication of our team and project partners who make opportunities like this possible.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists, and thank you to the organisers for hosting such a fantastic event. We are already looking forward to next year!

is proud to have supported the successful practical completion of ’s new Northeast distribution hub — one of the largest projects delivered by our team to date.

The new 86,000+ sq ft temperature-controlled facility has been designed to support Bidfood’s growing regional operations, providing specialist chilled, cold storage and ambient warehouse space alongside modern office and transport facilities.

Reaching this milestone is a testament to the collaborative effort between the entire project team and supply chain, with a shared commitment to delivering a high-quality, efficient and future-focused logistics facility.

A Thursday Throwback to this education extension scheme, completed in May 2019 at Badby Primary School in Daventry for Innovate Multi Academy Trust.

Replacing outdated mobile classrooms, this 305sqm extension created three modern, light-filled teaching spaces that sit comfortably alongside the original Victorian building, while also improving energy efficiency and supporting learning for years to come.

It was a pleasure to deliver a project so well received by both the client and end users, and we hope it continues to make a lasting difference.

It is always good to get out on site when the sun is shining.

Daniel Hewitt and Dale Hough were up at Cramlington Crematorium yesterday with our client, , taking the opportunity to see progress first-hand.

It’s great to see the scheme continuing to take shape, with excellent progress being delivered on site by . The project is developing really well, and it’s always valuable to spend time on site to appreciate how things are coming together.

We're looking forward to seeing how things progress over the coming weeks.
