To all staff at SDS,

I just thought I would drop you a line now the work at my house has been completed.

As you know my house needed extensive repair after a water leakage in October last year. The work involved many trades and I have to say everyone you sent to my house did an excellent job.

Starting with the plasterer whose work was like "glass"! I had to move out whilst he worked as nearly the whole of the house needed re-plastering and not only did he do an excellent job but he also took great care of my house on my absence.
The joiner who completed my kitchen including a new floor also did an excellent job.
I had a new bathroom fitted and am very happy with the results. The fitter took time to ensure the best finish and it was to my specifications and this shows on the result.
The house had to be nearly completely re-decorated and the decorator again took pride in his work which you can see in the finish.
All the trades you sent turned up when expected, were good at their jobs, polite and helpful.

Being a single "older" woman 😂 the whole project was rather "daunting" for me but your communication and the professional trades you sent put me at ease.

The communication between me and head office was good with everyone who I had dealings with getting back to me promptly and in a positive way to help me achieve what I wanted.

From our first meeting with the insurance adjuster who also did an excellent job the whole project has run as smoothly as could have been expected and I thank you and would like you to pass on that thanks to all involved.

I would have no problem in recommending SDS to any of my friends and family looking for building works.

From the first visit by Chris Burrow, your surveyors, to the builder (sorry I don't have his name) I found the service to be extremely efficient both very friendly and very easy to work with.
The building work was to a very high standard in what was a bit of an awkward position.
