Conifer tree removed due to damaging the gatepost and driveway and impeding on the phone lines, unfortunately it had grown too large for its location.
The stump has now been removed , the wall
Repair carried out and the customer will be replanting with something more suitable for its location.

Large Copper Beech tree located on Westwood road Leek.

Our lovely customers contacted us due to loss of foliage and fungus , they were very sad to see this lovely tree taken down but due to the location of the road , Beech Dene care home and the very busy school run it was important to make it safe for all.

After a survey carried out by Tree Heritage unfortunately it had extensive storm damage to the crown , major deadwood and meripilus giganteus fungus on the roots.

The tree was taken down over 3 days .
