i offer a very competitive all round service. From a leaking tap to a full heating upgrade, we are gas safe registered in all aspects boilers, cookers, fires, gas pipework installations, landlord certs. I also offer a very high level of power flushing which is up to 50% cheaper than british gas.

A conversion for another local customer this week. There house is now ready for the cold weather that is just around the corner ❄️.
We converted there old 30 year old heating system for them after there boiler was condemned.

This one consisted off a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell thermostat, shock arrestor, upgraded Gas supply, all new pipework, clips and electrics.

Standard procedure on all our new installs. We register the boiler with Gas safe, building control and the manufacturer.

This new customer wanted some peace of mind after having a lot of issues with there previous boiler.
They are now winter ready for the cold weather that’s just around the corner.

A straight forward one this week. We swapped a old Vaillant 837 (16 year old) for its upgraded version. The Vaillant eco tec plus 840. The best boiler out there (in my opinion).

This was consisted off a new Vaillant eco tec plus 840 (10 year warranty), Vaillant protection filter which we fitted to the correct pipe as the old filter had been installed on the wrong pipe! We installed a Hive smart thermostat which allows you to control your boiler anywhere in the world off your phone.
Once we finished we used reputable chemicals Fernox to finish the job of.

It’s coming to that time of year when we start to turn our heating on. Is your boiler ready for the winter months ahead!!

A conversion this week for another new customer.
We removed the old tanks out of the airing cupboard. Converted the system to a sealed system (combi boiler). Giving our customer much better performance both on there hot water and heating.
We had to install new hot and cold pipework as the old ones where in lead.

This was consisted off a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell wireless programmable room thermostat, upgraded Gas supply, all new pipework, clips and electric’s, condensate pump. We terminated the flue vertically through the roof and bricked the old flue hole up.

A job for another new customer this week. We moved there new boiler from the attic space into the garage area for easier access. This meant moving all the new pipework from the attic space into the garage.
There was a couple of head scratching moments on this one as the previous engineer connected the garages hot water tap into the heating system (just what you need🥴).
Anyway we got there in the end.

This was consisted off a new Baxi boiler, the customer opted for a 5 year warranty, Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell wireless programmable room thermostat, new Gas supply, new condensate pipe and all new heating and water pipes.

A day of servicing for us.
Says he wants to be a Gas engineer when he leaves school. So what better way to learn. Plus it keeps him of that bloody PlayStation 🙏.

We cut all the old pipework out and ply line the wall for a better look and a neater finish!
That is how we do all our installs.
Takes longer and looks better but the finish speaks for themselves!

Our customer had there boiler installed by another company.
They asked us to fit some new radiators for them. Which we happily obliged.
This is when we seen there install.
We had a chat with the customer and they happily agreed for us to reinstall there boiler correctly.

Well this weeks install was definitely hard work in that heat 🔥.
Our new customer was the perfect host keeping us well hydrated which we thank you for 🙏.
The old boiler was installed in the cellar. Our customer wanted there new boiler installing in what will be there new kitchen area.
This ment moving all the pipework out off the cellar space into the kitchen area. We fitted the protection filter in the cellar area so it doesn’t interrupt with there new kitchen plans.

This one consisted of a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Hive smart thermostat, new Gas supply, and all new 22 mm and 15mm pipework.
Once we finished we flushed the existing pipework and radiators before adding reputable chemicals Fernox.

A conversion this week for a new customer.
We converted the old gravity fed system into a sealed system. Giving our customer a much better performance of their hot water.
They now have total peace of mind for the next 10 years.

This one consisted of a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell wireless thermostat, all new 22 mm and 15mm pipework. We also fitted a condensate pump as the old condensate pipe wasn’t to current legislation.
Once we finished we flushed the existing pipework and radiators before adding reputable chemicals Adey.

Does your shower or bath water pressure drop off when somebody else opens a tap or flushes the toilet! Or do you just have poor water pressure in general.
If yes, then this is your answer!!
Our customer contacted us complaining about low water pressure at there home.
I called to take a look. After doing various tests I established they were getting 14 litres per minute and had 3 bar off standing water pressure. ( this is more than acceptable by united utilities) but not if you have a multi occupancy home.
Once we opened a tap the pressure dropped to 1 bar. This established they had bad dynamic pressure.
A bit off research later and hey presto!
Let me introduce the Stuart Turner i boost system.
Our customer now has 4 bar off constant water pressure and 25 litres per minute off constant water. With no pressure loss off other applications giving them the ultimate shower.
There words not mine “ you have totally transformed our home”.
Get in touch if you are not happy with your water pressure 👍.
