We successfully completed the underfloor heating installation over the weekend, followed by the screed today.

To accommodate the different floor heights, we installed a mixture of low-profile and standard staple systems. The floors are now completely level throughout.

We look forward to returning in a couple of weeks to install the controls and connect the primary pipework.

We have successfully completed a local installation this week.

The low-profile Uponor UK Minitec system has been fitted throughout the ground floor and is ready for the screed to be applied next week. Additionally, the IMI Heatmiser NeoAir controls have been installed and wired, covering the ground floor, hot water system, and first-floor radiators.

Always nice to have a few challenges as well with steps 😃

Something different for WSUFH today. Customer has a cold main leak but unfortunately insurance company won’t dig due to UFH, kitchen tiles obsolete (50m2+). After several visits marking out UFH pipes we offered to take on the challenge (plus save the tiles). Leak found and insurance company repairing.

We are pleased to have returned to a site in Luton today to complete the second phase of the underfloor heating (UFH) installation, following our work on phase one last year.

The installation for the two additional classrooms and the entrance is now complete. System has been pressure tested and is ready for the screed tomorrow.

We are pleased to have commenced a new project for a returning client, involving a 70+ bedroom care home. All pipework has been successfully installed and pressure-tested in preparation for the screed.
