Asked to carryout an inspection visit for a fire alarm system that's been in use for over tens years, what we found during our inspection was very disappointing to see, the system had not been completed you can still see part of the system cabling coiled up in the picture, numerous faults, inconsistent system design, never been maintained by a competent company evidently the client just doesn't see value in providing adequate life safety protection for the tenants sleeping in this property.
It's a real shame that some landlords continue in this type of practice, needless to say we were not awarded any remedial work, we really hope someone who knows what they are doing can eventually help the landlord, after all the lives of the tenants should take priority over the cost of any remedial work.
