The start of the kitchen over at The Barns…

Just look at that natural light.

With vaulted ceilings, roof lanterns and glazing throughout, this space is going to feel incredible once complete. The kitchen installation is now underway and it’s easy to see how this open-plan living area is starting to come together.

A fantastic project with plenty more to come as work continues on site.

With insulation, first fix services and internal layouts progressing, you can now really start to appreciate the scale of these unique conversions. Every stage brings us closer to transforming these characterful buildings into stunning homes while retaining the features that make them special.

A lot of the most important work on a project is the part you'll never see once it's finished.

This new plant room at The Barns will house the systems that keep the property running efficiently, including the underfloor heating and associated services.

From groundworks and foundations through to blockwork and first fix installations, every stage plays a vital role in the finished result.

A small detail in the overall build, but one that completely changes the feel of the outside space and helps tie the whole property together beautifully.

Using bricks to complement the character of the original farmhouse, creating a finish that feels like it’s always belonged there.
