A big congratulations to all the students who collected their results over the last 2 weeks!

The glazing works above King Richard III's original burial site are complete.

Originally planned as a five-day job, the team finished it in three: protecting the grave site, propping the floating floor, removing the timber and stone seating, then replacing the damaged panel with new glass, 36mm thick, made up of three 12mm panes bonded together.

We were pleased to play our part alongside and on a project with a bit more history than most.

A little unexpected rescue mission at our office this morning.

A few members of the team spotted a seagull with an injured, hanging wing in the car park and knew they couldn't just walk past.

They carefully got the seagull safely into a box and drove it straight to The Park Vets Group around the corner.

A huge thank you to the team at The Park Vet Group in Glenfield for taking the seagull in and being so kind and quick to help!

A few weeks ago we welcomed James for a week of work experience! 👷‍♂️

From health and safety to vehicle inspection tracking, Calmpod research, and a little time in accounts researching sustainable suppliers 🌱 A great mix of hands-on learning, especially fitting given his interest in sustainability in construction.

Van check day at the workshop!

Our team runs periodic van checks at the workshop, going through the van check sheet from engine to exterior to make sure every vehicle is clean, tidy and properly maintained.

It's a small habit that makes a big difference once the vans are out on site and also ensures the safety of the team!
