..Apologies to all my customers that have been waiting on me.
After a full 23 days I can finally say the Bromley, London job is complete..
Stripped the old slate and lath. Replaced with new lead apron, breathable membrane, lath and slate on 4 Mansard sections either side of the brand new dormer windows.
Stripped the old tin flat roofs (2 x dormers, 1 x 7m valley, 1 x 5m valley, 2 x 2nd storey flat roofs and 1 x single storey) and all rotten boards. Replaced with new OSB3, a layer of Kingspan insulation and EPDM single ply membrane.

..so in the last month I’ve completed two courses, the Flexitech GRP/fibreglass and now this Restrix heat bonded EPDM system.

..some crazy weather when I was working in Wrexham, -4 weather and the wind snapped a 30-40 foot tree at the base of the trunk right outside the council offices 😳 great fun as you can imagine 🤣
