The newly opened Gresham hotel (former Fenwicks building in Leicester)

It has been a privilege and a honour to be part of the £17 million renovation of the Fenwicks building in Leicester, to the new Gresham Aparthotel.

The project was to install engineered oak plank flooring and parquet blocks to the ground floor lobby/bar/restaurant, cladding of the two main staircases and also installation of parquet blocks to the lower level of this Grade II listed building.

We can’t wait for the hotel to fully open to the public so that we can visit and experience the true craftsmanship of David and Grant’s work - a truly amazing job!

Extensive sub floor preparation on the ground floor followed by the installation of Bamboo blocks in Herringbone design. The cladding of Bamboo on the stairs really does finish off the project perfectly. A stunning finish.
